Message from the Host Church:
We are looking forward to welcoming all of the messengers of our Association for our 2nd Annual General Assembly as the Confessional Baptist Association. As the letter calling for the 1689 General Assembly in London states, we too hope “to consider such things that may much tend to the honour of God, and further the peace, well-being, establishment, at present, as also the future comfort of the churches.” We also hope it will be a time of spiritual refreshment for pastors and their families.
During the General Assembly, we will be hearing about the church planting efforts of our member churches, as well as praying for them and considering how we may support them together as an Association. We have different activities planned throughout the week including an event for the ladies and an afternoon excursion for the whole group to visit the John Deere Pavilion. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us here.
We look forward to seeing you in May, Lord willing.
